nothing to loose and everything to gain

I find it hard to relate to people who come from backgrounds that have never struggled financially in their lives. I always knew these people existed but part of me looks at them like they have no idea what life is, which is a pretty big assumption on my part. Coming from people who had nothing and expected nothing has given me an outlook on life I wouldnt trade for any amount of money or anything at all for that matter. When times are hard and every penny counts is when you see peoples true character, we all have our own battles and struggles but people whove always had something in their pockets dont think like the poor kids do. We didnt have the newest hottest toys and gadgets so we had to use our imaginations, we didnt have the best of clothes but we still made our own style, we took risks because even though it might not work out we didnt have much too lose, we learned from our environments and we learned how to make do with what we have and be thankful even if it wasnt enough, and the most important of it all even though we are products of our environments we are the true survivors and the wonders of the world because we come from nothing we can see the beauty in all of the smallest most seemingly meaningless things this because we learned from jump the world can be an ugly place but you still have to try and be as beautiful as you can.
